Hunter’s Ridge Handmade started over a decade ago with a few products that I made for fun and sold at artisan’s and farmer’s markets. Since then, I have sold many of my creations and have expanded my offerings. I have always enjoyed sewing and woodworking. In more recent years, I upgraded to an actual fur sewing machine and leather sewing machine to make blankets, hats, headbands, and other fur products. I am adding some leather products to the store soon.

In my wood shop, I make cutting boards, cheese boards, wooden bowls, charcuterie boards, memory boxes, end tables, coffee tables, and other small furniture pieces. Some of my projects are made with epoxy resin, and custom designs can be done.

I also offer custom laser engraving on many of the items. I make custom picture boards, plaques and other unique gifts with laser engraving.

Real Fur Provides Warmth and Elegance

Real fur blankets are very warm and cozy, and add a touch of elegance to any home or cabin.

All of my furs are obtained by legal and ethical hunting and trapping practices, and are professionally garment tanned for a soft luxurious outcome.

His and hers coyote bomber hats

Fur hats are warm and virtually wind proof. I make my hats with a fleece lining inside, and the ear flaps are fur on both sides. Hats can be made in a variety of sizes.

Coyotes can vary in color, from dark to light or even red colored. Each hat is unique with the color variations.

This custom designed herringbone queen size quilt was made from 32 hides, with a thick quilted backing. Quilts are available by custom order.

I also offer custom sewing and design, in addition to the items in the store. Most of my products are made from Eastern coyote fur, but other species can be sourced or I can use your supplied fur.

This coyote throw blanket was made from 12 hides and is lined with sherpa fleece and a soft velvet backing.
